HELP with FUNDRAISING

We are really plesased that you are interested in raising money for the Ella Rose Fund, thank you. We do not have a fundraising pack for you to use but we are happy to help you to get started. The following is a list of useful information and downloads:

The Charity number of Quartet Community Foundation is 1080418. If you use this you will need to make sure that you state that you want donations to go to the Ella Rose Fund.
A leaflet you can print to get basic information to your potential sponsors.
A sponsorship form you can print, including the QR code for the website, to collect the list of sponsors and how much they have paid/pledged. I have left space under the headings so that you can add something. For example, if it is email addresses or amount per pool length that you want.
Let us know if you want us to advertise your event on the Ella Rose Fund website (see the fundraising page for examples).
We can also advertise your event on the ERF Instagram and Facebook pages.

Quartet Gift Aid Declaration form.
If you are creating a JustGiving page or similar fundraising page you will need the Quartet Community Foundation charity number to set it up. Your 'blurb' can say that you are raising money for the ERF via QCF and you can say something about it. You can use the ERF banner or logo as your image if you would like. For examples, have a look at other JustGiving pages for the ERF.
